Chet Breau's tribute to legendary guitarist Lenny Breau shows he has some of his fathers in him. The Winnipeg guitarist even used Lenny's former trio mates -- bassist Ron Halldorson and drummer Reg Kelin -- on his recording of 11 tunes (five his own compositions).

It's not fair to compare Chet to the incomparable Lenny, but the son has his own chops especially on his original tunes Spanish Heart and Chet's Breakdown. Halldorson switches to steel guitar on three tunes and the two-guitar combination really cooks.
